Upon dropping car off, after being treated in a rude manner for the SECOND time by a Budget employee at the Vegas airport (the other time was when I picked up a car through Kayak at Budget on Dec. 4th), I realized that I had been charged more (OVERCHARGED) than I had originally agreed to pay for the car. And that came after they did not have the car I reserved and was forced to get a different vehicle that cost more. I agreed to pay more, but they were already overcharging me the amount for the original reservation. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I was paying at the end.9.2 Wonderful

Budget's shuttle was quick and easy, staff were very friendly and efficient. I was in and out with my car in just a few minutes, same on return. The vehicle was clean, full tank, and modern (bluetooth, USB ports etc).Cons:

First thing they messed up was that they messed up our reservation and did not have a car for us in the range we ordered when we had reserved it. Then, the day after we left on vacation they called us on the phone and told us we had NO CHOICE but to turn our car in to a local Hertz immediately because they had sold the car we had rented. When we told them we had plans and didn't have time to do chase down a hertz rental office, they ordered us to so it. After searching and finsing one in the area we arrived in, they told us they did not have a car for us to trade, wasting almost 2 hours and a dozen phone calls on our vacation, we told them that their office where we were didn't have a car, they told us to try again the next day. I refused and told them it was their responsibility to find a car and deliver it to us, they couldn't find one either so they finally told us we could keep it for the remainder of our trip. After returning the car, they only gave us 50 bucks off the weeks rental for ruining the beginning of our trip. Will NEVER use Hertz again, regardless of the priceAvis
