Pros:The car was nice. It performed well. A customer service person, after some work on the phone, help me fix two of the issues.Cons:The car was not completely clean, inside and out. But, the worst part, was that they rewarded me for spending more money - extending my rental - by almost doubling my daily rate. Also, they would not offer a weekly rate, even though I had the car for 8 days, because I initially started renting for only 4 days.Reviewed 23 Mar 2020

Pros:Easy drop offCons:Really aggressive upsell attempts at pickup for better model, insurance, gas. Car was a worn out Kia Optima which felt like a big step down from the Camry pictured when I booked the car.
