The wait time for picking up the vehicle was ridiculous. My reservation was for 6pm and I got there around that time. I waited over an hour for the vehicle to be cleaned and ready. Got out of the lot close to 7:30pm. I returned the vehicle around 9pm. Came to find out they charged me 3 extra hours because the vehicle was due at 6pm. But they didn't discount the extra 1.5 hours that took me to pickup the vehicle! The vehicle was comfortable.Reviewed 5 Sept 2024

The vehicle could have been better (car was hit, inside was stained). The customer service could have been better (I wasn't given neither paperwork emailed receipts or agreement). Icing on the cake was the next door Avis employee blocking the airport shuttle bus to pick us up. When told to move her car, she was beyond rude as if the rental was free.
