I normally use National and it’s easy to just got grab an available car. Budget had a lot of people waiting with now real ETA. I waited at least 20-30 minutes with a reservation but some were waiting more than an hour or two.Reviewed 15 Jul 2024

When we got to the place staff were friendly however we booked a small sedan because we wanted to save money on the gass do to a long drive to Las Vegas from Phoenix when we got there the manager tells me the car they were having available was a f150 v8 so I ended expecting way more money on gas than I was in my budget.Reviewed 7 Jun 2024

Pick up was efficient , car was great. Lot easy to navigate. The drop off went smoothly they only issue was getting my emailed receipt, this has been a problem several times when I have rented from budget. , I have had to call and they always say they don’t have my email address which is a lie since they send me emails ALL THE TIME. And the staff can’t answer why this keeps happening and can’t transfer me to anyone who can tell my why it happening because apparently I’m the only one who has this problem (I asked them that specifically)Reviewed 20 May 2024

Pickup was a joke - had a 25 minute wait at counter and after completing the process sent downstair to actually get the car only to find that I and many were waiting because no cars were available. I rented a mid-sized SUV (Rav4) and was given a Mazda CX3 which could only fit two suitcases in rear after a 20 minute wait. Not the right class vehicle. Hard to say that I liked much. The rental was filthy, and even when we inquired, we were told it had been through a wash. It was also scratched just about every where you looked on the outside and driving it, I was scared for our safety. The SUV was shaking at around 60 mph but we had no choice but to keep going not to miss our flight at LAX. Wouldn't do this again with Budget.Reviewed 19 Mar 2024
