They surprised me with several uexpected charges, which brought their price up to what a better company wouldhave charged. The car had been in a small fender bender and whas not the SUV that I initially reserved. It had over 33,000 miles on it and had never had the cabin filter replaced. I bought a cabin filter myself to keep from etting sick from breathing spores through the air conditioner. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Reviewed 20 Aug 2024

They did not even have the size rental we requested although we set up almost a month in advance. Very unfriendly and non-apologetic and unhelpful about our other ways to get another rental.Reviewed 24 Jun 2024

Nice people and car, but not very businesslike. Would have liked a printed receipt before I left. I still don't have a receipt >24 hours later, even via email, I turned the keys in to the man on duty at 4:30 yesterday and someone called me today to ask where the keys were.Reviewed 22 May 2024

Line was long, I book my car for 12 but by the time i get my car it was 2pm, they never have the car I booked for, I booked a RAV-4 and they gave me a small sedan, they offered me other car that was smells and some some car the key doesn’t work properly.Reviewed 9 May 2024

The pick up drop off experience was horrible. Especially when dropping the car back off. The guy had AirPods in on the phone and they didn’t say a single word to me just waved me on. When we arrived to pick up our car, the line was long and slow-moving. The man working the desk called an employee to find out when they were coming to work. That was not an appropriate conversation to have in front of customers. I also wanted money on a minimum protection plan when I made the reservation. When I picked up the car, they informed me I had to have full coverage so I had to pay for another protection plan.Reviewed 25 Mar 2024
