I reserved at a close by airport and not airport and it was quickly resolved. We needed a car because we didn't board a cruise ship for the Bahamas during a hurricane on 8/17. We needed to drive back to Cleveland. The Enterprise reservation error was mine. On arriving at BWL at the car rental center Rylee at the enterprise counter easily corrected the information and made the checkin super easy and friendly. Soon we were on our way. Then the return of the car at CLE was just as seamless.. No question that our interaction with Rylee at BWL will impact my car rental selection every trip in the future and go with Enterprise. Pros:I was unaware that the rental car place would be closed for the return.Cons:I believe the cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par and that time needs to be taken to shampoo the interior. The seats were stained and the carpet could have been vacuumed. It did not feel at all comfortable. I believe the outside only was washed and that was it.Reviewed 1 Mar 2021
