After I paid 40 CHF for a cab to pick the car from the French sector, the employee told me that no car was available. I had to take another cab to return home and had to cancel my plans for the day.Reviewed 30 Oct 2024

Rubbish, there was no car available and we didn't receive a cancellation prior to making the trip to pick up a carReviewed 13 May 2024

I didn't know that the rental car would be on the French side of the Geneva airport. This was a major problem as I could not access it from the Swiss part of the airport without a boarding pass. I had to take a taxi to go all the way around the airport. It cost nearly 40 euros. A major, major disappointment. The lady at the check-in was wonderful. I think her name was Imen. She was so helpful.Reviewed 11 May 2024
