We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

no issues at all... Kudos to the food. This time was really really good

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

Amazing KLM service and brilliant economy comfort seats. Well worth the extra.

The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.

Could not understand any announcements of the flight crew whatsoever. Their English is very bad. My bag is still lost. It was not loaded promptly and the plane was delayed so much that I almost missed my connection. I would not fly Dolomiti again!

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

All 4 flights were late. Plus delays for cleaning planes . On return baggage was not even on the plane arrived next day not received until two days later . Very poor experience.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.

Regular 3 across coach seats in “business” just empty middle seat

Staff was rude in business class. Luggage was damaged and nothing was done about it airlines.

Boston Logan is a crummy airport - signage is terrible or lacking in areas. Boarding seemed to be a free for all and with all the different airlines speaking, you couldn't tell who was supposed to be where and when. Plain and simple, airlines should board from the back of the plane to the front. Also someone was sitting in my seat. By the time that was figured out, I had to place my overhead behind me which made de-planing more difficult. Logan is not Lufthansa's fault so that is not on them, Boarding is on them! Still, overall it was a Good Experience flying with Lufthansa. This is not my first flight with them...

Overall, the flight was comfortable without any serious issues. Transit through Frankfurt airport was a little confusing, but not too difficult if you follow the signs

Staff disappeared after dinner service until breakfast, no help with beds, no help running to our gate to catch connection cause flight was late, our luggage didn’t make it, took over 24 hours to get luggage to hotel, no compensation!!

The woman at the check-in counter was the rudest woman I have ever encountered. She misspoke, yelled at us and then when she realized she made an error, lied instead of apologizing. I won’t be flying this airline again and that woman should definitely consider a new career.

It was a short flight (1.2h), and everything went smoothly.

This was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had with Ryanair. The flight boarded on time in Dublin, departed on time, and arrived on time in Split, even though the flight was full. The aircraft was clean, and all members of the cabin crew were both friendly and efficient. Even our fellow passengers were well behaved! So top marks to all concerned!

Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.

We missed the flight due to very slow security control and lack of last call announcement. We only found out at the gate that the gate is closed. Altogether 14 or 15 people missed the flight FR4500 from Cologne to Dublin.

Everything went according to plan. Check in, boarding etc all were very efficient.

Ryanair is the worst airline in Europe and easily one of the worst in the planet
