Pros:The hotel is only a few minute drive from the airport and the mall of America. They also have a shuttle that goes to the mall as well which is very convenient. The beds are very comfortable and the continental breakfast was great as well.
Cons:The pool area is a little small so it can become cramped at times. I do wish they had faster wifi but that is just my preference. Overall this is a hotel I will continue to visit.

Pros:Really liked the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was very nice. Very easy check in and out. Hospitable and friendly staff.
Cons:Didn't understand why there were no bags in the garbage containers in the room. The pool area was WAY too small for the size of the hotel. Water was only about 4 feet high. Also, not a huge deal, but we were getting ready with an hour to go before checkout, and a housekeeper came into our room assuming that we had already left. Just glad nothing private was going on... We had used the shuttle to visit Mall of America and were disappointed to discover that there was not enough transportation for the guests that needed a lift. Were we there for one pickup and had to wait an additional half hour to get seating an another bus.
