Mandatory Gala Dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons. · Please be advised that a section in the main wing swimming pool will be partially closed including the pool bar for renovations starting August 16-September 13, 2024. · Mandatory Gala Dinner for bookings passing Chinese New Year (rate & date to be advised) are not yet included in the room charge. This will be billed on top of the room rate as soon as the dinner rates are available. Minimum 2 persons and 4 persons for Family Room, and Two bedroom suite. Kid rate and charge will be determined on-site depending on their height. Very disappointing. The gym is closed most of the day. Felt like it was led from the top down by very dishonest people. The head of operations blatantly lies to maximize profits. Due to a typographical error a one night extensions was put in as 3 nights am instead of just fixing this none of the staff all the way up to Arie the operations manager or something is that sorts refused to say if they could or couldn’t fix the reservation so without an honest answer I had to stay those nights or lose 2 nights at full price. Ultimately I either paid for an overstayed Visa or 2 nights I didn’t want, it was abou the same price so we chose the fine for overstaying the visa. Something that was very uneccesary and the Henann staff knew was possible but chose to maximize profit than treat people as they would want to be treated. The golden rule is so easy to follow and crucial for businesses. Henann feels like it is toxic from the top down and in need of restructuring. The rooms are a disappointment along with the breakfast. Hard to find positives. Do yourself a favor, anyplace else.
