Pros:I like the location, the friendly and efficient staff, Internet connection, 24/7 free hot drinking water and ironing facility, clean toilet, reasonably priced room. I got a free photocopy of my travel documents as complimentary service. No power outage. Cool ambiance. No problems in booking.
Cons:I hope that the housekeeping staff will vacuum the room carpets daily because my allergic rhinitis was triggered whenever I was inside the room. They should also place the mattress, pillows bed sheets and linen under the sun because I had several insect bites in my body after sleeping in the bed. Housekeeping staff should be taught about the proper timing to inform guests of their cleaning schedule. For example, they woke me up at 12:00 noon only to clean up after 1:30 pm. I was so sleepy they wanted me to leave the room but they were not ready yet. As result, I slept in the lobby.
