Pros:The bathroom was spacious and clean
Cons:The service. Staff not very helpful and available. The hallway smelled very badly upon arrival and they had to spray it. The room wasn’t designed well, the lighting wasn’t good.

Cons:When I first arrived, the man at the front (middle aged white guy) was assisting a couple in front of me with checking in and he was very pleasant. When it was my turn to check in however, he immediately started stressing the importance of not smoking in the room and all the consequences that would come with it (none of which he said to the white couple before me (I’m a young black woman)). He also did not mention the $40 hold that would be put on my debit card for the stay and then rushed me off. I have never felt so disrespected at a RL hotel before. The room also had hair from the previous guests in the bed. It was overall a very dissatisfying stay.

Pros:The room was very nice and the hotel appeared very clean. It was quiet even though the subway ran right in front of our floor. The staff was more than helpful and they were very friendly and personable.
Cons:If weed isn’t your thing, then be prepared for the smell to be in everything you own. The beds could be a little more comfortable but for the price we paid, it was just fine for our stay
