Pros:Breakfast was more than adequate.
Cons:1. Could not checkin when we arrived 15 mins “early” 2. Pool was not clean 3. Fitness room was a mess 4. Room was never cleaned, garbage not emptied. Towels taken but never replaced
Pros:The Breakfast was excellent, a very nice variety of items. The staff was very friendly.
Cons:Our couch had stains on it. The king size bed had a low spot in the middle which made it difficult for two to sleep. We both rolled to the middle. The cable line to the TV was placed in the back of the set. It needed to be wired in with a cable connector. I understand the hotel is being remodeled. No towel holders in the bathroom.
Pros:Breakfast was ok

Cons:Showers were good for anyone 4 feet and under.
Pros:Nice spacious room. Great beds. Comfortable. Very clean. Good bath/shower. Good breakfast. Easy access to I-95.

Cons:No room to sit in the breakfast area, so we had to eat in our room. Overall not cleanest hotel. Could use a good vacuuming and dusting.
Pros:Clean rooms, decent workout room and good location
Cons:The staff need to work on their attitude!! Since we booked thru a third party they didn't care much to help us. The booking came across in my name maiden name instead of my husbands, I assume because I used my account. They were rude and refused to help us figure it out. The only thing they did was repeatedly tell me I had to call to straighten it out because they were fully booked with no more rooms. When I finally located the email and noticed it was in my maiden name the staff said "well, that's the problem with third party vendors, you get what you pay for. Next time book with us directly and you won't have these kinds of problems"
Pros:beds and pillows very comfortable clean attentive staff breakfast bar open until 10 a.m.
Pros:The hotel was very nice and clean, our king bed was comfortable, our bathroom was a comfortable size and clean. The breakfast had nice options.
Cons:When we tried to check in they said our room wasn't ready, and that there would be no rooms ready for another hour and a half to two hours, and we had to be at a wedding!
