My only problem was figuring out how to work the heater, radio etc. The lady that walked us out should have gotten us set up. It was a cold morning and my husband and I aren’t very high tech. The bathroom when you walk in (Men’s) was beyond disgusting. You could smell it from the desk.

I liked that it was easy to pick up the rental car. Cleanliness could be much improved. I was hoping to be able to drop off the rental car at National near my place but unfortunately I have to drop it off at Dulles airport where I picked it up.

Jose was super kind to me when I arrived. I was flying in for a funeral and he had nothing but kind words for me and helped me tremendously when my booking was not ready due to cleaning. He knew I needed to get on the road to be with family and did everything to accommodate me. I will definitely use Sixt again based on customer service alone. Thanks!

The car had front end damage that caused it to vibrate and be quite noisy at highway speed. I did not detect this until several miles after I left the rental facility. The wear on the edges of the tire tread blocks on the front tires indicated that this damage had been present for several hundred miles. The check in agent was very friendly and did not blame me for this damage, despite the fact that it was not in the car record at the time of check out. It is possible that the car being noisy on all but the smoothest pavement could have been a different problem from the alignment damage. When I picked it up, the car reeked of dope smoke. Perhaps the car rental company would argue that I got a free high included in my rental, but I did not want that. After four days of driving with the windows open, the car still smelled of pot. I did not care about the numerous stains on the upholstery, but others might care about that.

Pick-up was slow. Only two people were at the counter. It seemed like they re-entered everything each person had already provided online. The waiting line was long. The car was fine and the turn-in at the Atlanta airport was fast, well-organized and easy.

I arrived after many flights had been delayed and cancelled due to weather. Even with a huge line and long wait times, the rental car staff moved as efficiently as possible and addressed the customer demands.

Terrible and overpriced. I actually cancelled my reservation bc the line to pick up was over an hour. I went next door and saved $300 and walked out in 5min with the same van (with 7 miles on it)

I like the fact that they dont charge for mileage and the van was clean but it rode like a tank ,maybe to much air in the tires and you couldnt open the sliding door on the passenger side and i love the easy return operation.This was my first time and i will rent again from enterprise because they always have vehicle available.Thank you

The vehicle REEKED of cigarette smoke. It also made some sort of odd sound when accelerating or slowing down. Finally, when picking up, I waited five minutes in line, at 10pm, just for a counter person to arrive.

Cons:

I don’t understand why Enterprise won’t let you use a debit card unless you have a booked flight. How does it make sense that a credit card is better than a debit card? I did not have a credit card on me and had to book a flight on the spot just to be able to get my rental

I was forced to wait for 1.5 hours at pickup because there were no cars available. Rude staff, and it was like the hunger games with people fighting for cars when they became available (no reservation per vehicle so people all just started trying to jump in) it was like the hunger games. Never experienced anything like it, totally shameful for thrifty/hertz and will never rent from them again
