This was an absolute horrible experience. I booked the car and the cost was $598. I arrived at the rental car facility and they said they no longer had that car available and they could give him an upgraded car for $1100 and that I had no other options. I tried to reach out to kayak. But you have no way of getting ahold of anyone. I will never be booking with kayak ever again. You are a 3rd party who does not care about the experience. You are not willing to do anything to make sure the experience goes smoothly. Horrible experience with Kayak and EUROPCAR.Reviewed 1 Dec 2023
