The seats for first class were so close together it was hard to get by one another to go to the bathroom. If I knew that this was first class I would have just paid and flown economy

Older plane, business class was not up to par, entertainment screen small and dim and average food.
Same problem with the entertainment controls being on top of the armrests than on the previous flight, also a Boeing 737 series.
It was delayed then we turned around so not good.
One of the female flight attendants was clearly racist. not willing to answer to a simple question: confirm my seat, as the boarding pass was not clear. I'm not ready to forget her look full of disgust. I fly regularly, I'll make sure to avoid this German company

Delayed 2 hours 20 minutes. Then we still didn’t take off for another 45 minutes. Arrived in Toronto and no gate was ready for us so we were stuck on the tarmac for another hour. Missed my prebooked Uber and had to pay the cancelation fee plus book another one. Got home over 5 hours later than planned. Awful planning.
It’s not bad, simply it’s not as it used to be years ago.
Staff was great. Space in bathrooms was very good. Boarding went smoothly due to aisles. I would like more room in coach. 2 more inches would be helpful. Lost luggage was a big issue; more on the administrative side than flight related, but diminished the flight experience.
Prompt, efficient boarding. Clean aircraft and knowledgeable crew. Everything on time.
The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I spent €25 on internet and never gained access to it. A flight attendant told me she would file a complaint/report on my behalf but it put me in a very difficult situation.
Great flight. Friendly crew. Good food. Nice clean cabin and toilet was a good size. I like the starliner.
Solid old-school airline, comfortable, efficient and pleasant. It's the small things like nice blankets, good legroom and complementary mixed drinks, even in economy class. Can recommend!

I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline
It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.
Very good- my first flight with Airbus A380/800. Some of the food was not tasty , however. Everything else was excellent- the crew, the comfort, the process.
