Over the wing seat at emergency exit only downside people using lavatory have no respect and wait in the space
Flight delayed any hour and couple of big gate changes
The pilot came out and chatted with the passengers. He explained why there was a slight delay. The crew was excellent. Very helpful. I had to buy meals for my whole family and they were in different seats, so the crew had to deal with that. They were very pleasant and accommodating and did a great job!
We were unable to land in Liberia. It was not the airline’s fault, but we had to be diverted to SJO.
We had things stolen from our luggage, we also were refused an upgrade on a flight that was not full.
When we left, it wasn't Great . People were drinking heavily, very disrespectful Extremely loud, the entire trip. I think the crew members, should have get their attention. Coming back was great.
I sat in the club. The seeds were fantastic. The meal was great and Entertainment was good. The crew was fantastic. I recommend it to everybody.
The food was small portions and not fresh. I was seated at the back of the plane so by the time the cart approached me most of the food options were sold out. The cabin crew was fantastic however.

We were in economy class but paid for option Plus which offer you an extra snack after take off, free earplugs & blanket. The crew were very attentive. The comfort however wasn’t great, hard to be comfortable in such restraint place. Wasn’t able to sleep through out the 7hrs flight and was exhausted upon arrival.
Flight 3 hours late due to poor planning followed by a thunderstorm which happened after the scheduled departure time. Plane stuck on ground for 3 hours and flight connections missed without compensation resulting in new tickets needing to be bought.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
Delayed delayed delayed cancelled and all we got was $60 food or beverage Embarrassing I'd say
The flight was direct and affordable The boarding process gave poor directions and disorganized. The seats were narrow and very uncomfortable! The disembarkation was also poor.
Everything should be better, terrible flight and airport service. Delayed for 6 hours, flying around for 1 hr, and keeping us on a plane for another 2,5 -3hrs.
It was a short flight and for that reason the flight was acceptable.
Air Canada at SeaTac was the best. Polite, helpful, all good!

Service and crew very organised however the plan and seat seemed very dated and not enough space
I was happy with the screen in front of me, that for a long time it was just black and not visually distracting. Then I discovered that I could just turn it off if I wanted to. Then I found some simple games and was happy to play those. I was happy with the service too. I do wish I understood the zones though. I wish there was a way for us to board and disembark more efficiently, or at least to board more efficiently, like having all the window seats fill first from the back to the front of the plane and then the other seats? But I do realize that there are perhaps already hundreds of more industry specialized experts & analysts who have been looking at efficiency for decades! I just take the stop & start boarding process with humour and I happily sit to await a simple departure after all those around me have been standing or bending for far too long. You must be used to it, but it still mystifies me why people hurry up and then just stand there.
