Location was good. Bed was hard. Room definitely could use some updates
Great bed and pillows and the towels were very thick and soft, and plentiful. Carpets were very clean as well. Room was quiet.
Pros:The wait staff and maids were great.
Cons:The service was so very poor, We could never find a manager, Someone charged 100.00 food service to my room, No ONE on staff that morning could help me. Waitress helped so much in finding the ticket and it was my name on the bill, but it was not my address or state. It took the waitress 30 minutes to find someone to help at the front desk. Then we were told that there was nothing that he could do to help us that we had to wait to talk to a Manager. Trip Advisor says free breakfast, It was not free for us. We will never stay there or recommend anyone to stay there.
