The room was great. The beds were firmer then expected, but we still slept pretty well. We will still come back again.

Pros:I liked the layout of the rooms.
Cons:When we checked in, “Mark” was just plain rude. Although Hilton Honors booked us here as a “family friendly and pet friendly” location, it was neither. Upon checkin I was informed of a $145 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE. This was more than the room itself. The guy checking us in was not helpful or friendly and put us in the wrong room. So we had to come back down to resolve that. I travel 120 nights a year and Im a Hilton Honors member. Ive never written a bad review - but this location earned it.
