Lovely modern and fancy hotel. Friendly staff, prime location. Great value for money.

Hot water went out for a entire night and day and there was no communication about it. We had to ask what was going on. An employee knocked on our room door and barged into our room randomly one day even though we had it set to DnD and I yelled to hold on. I’ve never seen anyone from hotel staff do that. Shower has no walls so the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. No one that helps with bags to and from your room. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and felt very clean, lobby and bar was nice. A lot of cool places around, despite it being right near a huge construction zone.

From the bedding the in room amenities to the communication from the hotel. This special hotel delivered everything extremely well. I love staying here and absolutely will great job everyone

The staff were very friendly and kind, plus there was complimentary glass bottles of water in the room with water fountains on each floor that provide sparkling or still to refill the bottles with. The restaurant was also delicious in addition to all the other amenities like the pool, spa, steam room, sauna, etc.

Pros:Room was very good. Spa was good. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful.
Cons:Slight issue with room not being ready. Was invited to the premier area to have a free drink. However we were left in a room where businessmen were having a meeting and all of the drink sat in locked cabinets so,we couldn't have anything anyway. No-one came back to check on us so we left for the bar.

Pros:The quality of staff was a hit or miss. Overall, there were only two staff members who impressed me. The night concierge was incredibly attentive. Although a young man, he was clearly overqualified. The night manager was highly reasonable and particularly helpful when I confronted any problems with my stay. He had very good customer service skills. Another nice element was the provision of fruit every evening. It was a unique and memorable touch. The variety included persimmons, bananas, apples, oranges, and plums. That was very nice. Finally, the room offered outlets adapted for international travelers.
Cons:The negative element of the stay included the inattentiveness of most staff members. There was a lack of polished professionalism that is instrumental to a quality hotel. It felt like an disjointed operation. As for house keeping, I was unimpressed. The bathroom was not well cleaned, and it appeared the floor towel was repeatedly unchanged. Although the room was constructed with high-end technology, it was poorly integrated. The technology was not particularly easy to use and added little value. The television would not respond to the controller. Further, the television sat above the desk, making use of the desk awkward. Also, there was no light above the desk and no desk lamp. Finally, both the pool and gym were inaccessible at night and early morning. This can be inconvenient for business travelers. Still, the pool was impressive. Overall, I was disappointed and would recommend looking into other hotels, such as Apex (where I had a more pleasant stay during a prior visit).
