Cons:The office staff was not ready for our check in, the pool advertised was not open, the free WiFi was not free, it was $4.99 for each device, the room was filthy with hair on the mirrors, toilet and in the shower. We were upstairs and the window had no screen so we were not able to open the window out of fear for our kids. We were wash cloth and two towels for a room with two double beds, there was dust, dirt and animal hair all over the floor and was wads of hair that looked to have been removed from a brush, there were needles in the parking lot and a home across the street was raided by the police, also there were homeless people pushing their carts in the parking lot. We were wakened at around 12am by other guests partying in the room next to us and woke up to our room filled with cigarette smoke, I called the from desk to ask if we had a smoking room next to us and they said we had no rooms next to us, we were on the end but the room with the connecting door had people in it and smoke was coming in through the door. The maids all looked to be on drugs and not professional as well. I'm not a picky person but with my 6&7 year old kids I want to stay where we feel safe, we definitely did not feel safe and will never stay there again.

Cons:Stains on the sheets Crumbs and dirt on the laminate floor (not carpeted room) Noise levels from both the hallway and outside at any hour Staff yelling at each other down the hallway Downstairs hallway smelled like weed the entire time then tried to be covered up with pine scent and made it worse Shower was small and awkward to actually shower in On a 2 night stay, no housekeeping before the second night I slept better in my car overnight at a rest stop, and felt safer at the rest stop. Would recommend Walmart parking lot over Motel 6 Ogden.
