Pros:After my initial stay and review, I was contacted almost instantly by a member of the hotel staff who worked hard to address my complaints and I decided to give them another chance the following week and the service was much improved. It's lovely to see that and I will defiently stay here again although I thought I wouldn't. It's a great hotel that's close to the airport and the breakfast is lovely.
Cons:Iron in 217 is a bit finicky.
Pros:The restaurant staff
Cons:Nearly everything. When I arrived the check in clerk was rude and didn't speak any english. First he said he couldn't find my reservation then when he finally found it he said it wasn't prepaid which it was and I had the receipt. I then relented and gave him my card which needed swiping but he insisted on punching in which would show up as a tele charge, of course that didn't work so I called reservations and while they're on the phone telling him its paid he insist its not so they ended up calling the hotel manager. On top of all that i ordered a steak medium well and got one that was basically blue and made me violently ill. NEVER AGAIN!
Pros:$20 taxi ride to airport and close to Metromall
Cons:They need to see your passport if you try to pay with a Us$50 bill. Dining facilities very modest and some staff not really trained.
Pros:Last minute booking and room ready at time of arrival King bed Outdoor pool to ourselves
Pros:Friendly staff, well trained and willing to help. Always smiling.
Cons:We couldn't use the pool due to a "quinceaños" party.
