Pros:
We are very rare car rental shoppers. Overall the service was what I would expect to better. Car was clean and received upgrade when vehicle we reserved was not available.Cons:
Received damaged vehicle which we brought up to agent. She said they knew and it was documented on our rental, but I think it should have came up immediately when we got the keys. Also required $200 refundable deposit? Not sure why, they had our credit card info and we did purchase insurance. Had to wait multiple business days after rental to have deposit refunded.10.0 Wonderful

We were lucky enough to met Megan... she way great and assisted us with every of our needs.Cons:
The opportunity to choose a different color of the car. We had a new Mercedes Van ( which was perfect) by we lived by the sea and Black was not so ideal for us.9.2 Wonderful

I was a bit confused as I arrived at the airport. I was not certain on the Pickup procedure because my flight was rather late. Your website gives clear information on late night rental returns. However the late Pickup information needs to be more clear.2.0 Poor

Our agent was fast, friendly, and helpful. Vehicle was clean and in great condition.Cons:
It would have been nice to have a way for us to get to/from the airport other than a taxi, Uber, or Lyft (need some sort of a shuttle). I don't understand why the "airport location" can have a shuttle, but this "satellite location" can't. I also don't understand why it costs an add'l $20-$30/day++ to rent from the airport location since it is all "Hertz".4.0 Mediocre

Car was not available upon arrival or for days after. I understand it was high season but whats the point of making a reservation if Enterprise won’t honor it. Never again, Enterprise!2.0 Poor

Cons:
I didn't receive the car I had reserved, there was no car for me to pick up at noon, when promised, asked if they would call me when my car came in nobody called. I finally went there all they had was a downgrade car so I took . I was told that the manager would call me on Saturday, which she never did, The car I received from them had mechanical problems 5 minutes after I received it but they had already closed long story short ended up at the airport and finally at 7pm I was given a car too small subcompact, from an SUV original reserved to that. The 3rd person in our group was smashed in the backseat with the luggage. Very disappointed with enterprises and want money backThrifty
