Pros:Decided to make a quick trip down to the beach last minute. This hotel had the best price and was well taken care of. We had a great stay!

Pros:Easy access to dolphin dicks. Walk in two minutes. It's a older facility but clean and reasonably comfortable. We were fishing and active most of the time so we weren't that concerned about anything else except cleanliness and location. If you are planning a dolphin dicks trip the location is great there are quite a few other eateries etc within walking distance. Will stay there again
Cons:The toilet/tub portion of the bathroom is dated and in need of remodel. It worked for my self and my 14 yr old son but I do not think my wife or daughter would have been as happy. The tub drained very slow. Coming in from the beach with sand etc on you. The sand would not drain well because the tub would not drain as it should. May sound petty but every time my son showered and the tub finished draining there would be sand in the tub floor.

Cons:The breakfast wasn't set up early enough for people trying to catch the early fishing trips.

Cons:Rooms are fairly clean. Table top and dresser had food and drink spills on them. Bathroom floor tile was cracked up.

Pros:The staff was nice, gave me ideas of places to go eat out and activities to do
Cons:They were under repairs and the water was off during the day for two days (couldn't take showers after going to the beach), the fridge in the room didn't work (had my youngest put our food and drinks in it so by the next day when i realized it didn't work all of your lunch meat was bad) , the construction crew doing repairs was there all day, shirts off, very loud. Ended up having to request a refund, which I was luckily able to get.

Pros:No mildew smell that accompanies many beach hotels. Definitely top quality for low price. Extremely comfortable beds. Lots of upgrades.

Cons:The room I stayed in didn't have a bathtub, only a shower. I have two young children and that made it tricky after being on the beach all day.
