Pros:Rooms are large with great views. Staff is personable and helpful. Rooms are immaculate. Convenient location—3-5 min. taxi ride to ferries to BVI and St. John. The hotel beach is great and is nestled between Coki Beach and Lindquist Beach—the two best beaches for snorkeling IMO.

Pros:Friendly staff. Great pool and outdoor public areas. Good at hotel was very expensive so BYOB and bring snacks with you.
Cons:Price of food and bars was outrageous. Cost over $70 for 2 people to have omelette and coffee for breakfast!

Cons:The place is falling apart. Everything feels Busch league from the way the room was decorated and cleaned to the literal worst Chinese food we've ever had.

Pros:Liked the view from our waterfront room, convenience of all inclusive, and the staff was good, but it being off season, seemed to be sometimes a bit short on availability.
Cons:The food quality was very average. If you are used to eating out above a standard sit down chain (ruby tuesday's, applebees, fridays) you are not going to be impressed with the dinners. Lunch was generally pretty good with some fresh fish, and sometimes cold shell fish. Breakfast was decent, but i have definitley seen better spreads (i get the impression again this was off season, so not their best). The room was very nice, but there were bathrooms in the pool area and other areas that you just felt like they needed refreshed (rust stained urinals, and non working hot water in the mens room, and rusty light fixtures)

Pros:Resort was pretty
Cons:Service was the worst ever. They ran out of liquor the ran out of steak knives They ran out of milk. The did not bring coffee cups when bringing a pot of coffee from room service They ran out of beach towels by 11am every day. The beach was not really a beach... you needed water shoes to even get in the water and loads of sea urchins. Pool closed at seven every night Not much for entertainment. Very hard to get off resort unless you wanted to pay 50 buck a couple to go anywhere.

Pros:The pool/beach and water sports at the resort are amazing! You can snorkel right off the beach and see more fish than if taking a boat tour which is also offered at the resort. It's was great to be at a resort that is all inclusive. The view is also great! The facilities are nice and I loved the decorative tile in all the buildings.
Cons:The rooms are not the cleanest; I had an ant problem in my room. Little things are noticeable such as light bulbs being burnt out and not replaced or dirty floors. They have activities at night but they end earlier than when people are ready to go back to their rooms. Not a location I would go back to as a solo traveler.
