Pros:Affordable basic rooms within walking distance of downtown. Someone always at the front desk, having discounted tickets to the hot springs across the street was a nice surprise.
Cons:For it being an affordable basic hotel not much. When we travel we only plan on sleeping in the room.

Pros:The location is excellent; right on the free bus line to the slopes and easy walking distance to restaurants.
Cons:We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. This time I felt the staff was particularly unfriendly. The housekeeping staff was actually rude.

Pros:Location was good and bed was comfortable.
Cons:Had a noisy air-conditioner and did not have good sound insulation. I could hear the guy next door talking until he went to bed and then as soon as he woke up.

Pros:Nice place to stay. You can walk to anyplace in town for great food, shopping and entertainment. Quite, clean, and friendly. We loved the view of the Yampa river. We can't wait to come back.

Pros:The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a person in the next room talking very loudly on their phone at 11:30 at night. I called the front desk and asked it they would please help us out and within 10 minutes "Problem solved" and we were back to sleep. We also liked the continental breakfast, that really helps out families on a budget. The Old town hot springs is right across the Street from Rabbit Ears, and our Motel had all day passes at a great discount. We will be back and stay there again, thank you.
