Pros:The fact that I was in Telaviv.
Cons:We arrived at 6pm. I had NO idea the desk hours because all attempts to contact them to ask these details in advance failed. There was a key left for us, which we learned by buzzing a very grumpy person who was clearly pissed off at being disturbed. The AC was off and there were no notes, no instructions, not even a fan. The paint was peeling off the walls. My allergies went nuts and I found it difficult to breathe because of the mold. The photos had been taken of the new kitchen area and I falsely assumed the rest of the apt would be as nice. The next day, I could not stand another sweaty sleepless night , so I buzzed the grumpy man again and was told "Lady this is NOT a hotel, it is an apartment, you don't get service here!" Turns out the AC had a remote control which was hidden in a cabinet and the batteries were dead. I figured it out, just as the grumpy man's friend, who was a bit nicer, but curt, showed up long enough to see I had solved the issue and left. No niceties, like "hi" or how is your stay? were ever exchanged. They certainly did not seem to care about any form of customer service. For the price of here, you can rent a very nice hotel closer to anything you might want to see or do. NOT worth the money!!!!
