Our room was very spacious for it being in Japan. Unfortunately there was 3 of us in the room and they filled it with 4 beds literally side by side. So in order to get into the beds, you had to crawl from the foot of the bed. 2 of the beds were hard as a rock which made it difficult to sleep. I think the floor was softer. The staff was very nice and offered to remove one of the beds prior to us seeing the room but as there was a communication gap we didn't want to hassle.

Pros:The hotel itself was beautiful with restaurants and shops and amenities that provided enough that you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The room I had was newer and well designed with a great view of the Disney parks.
Cons:My room had two single beds and for the price I paid there should have been at least a queen. The coupons I was given for breakfast was given to me under my door every day inside an envelope which is not only a waste of paper, but also annoying to not be given all of them at once especially since they said the date on them. The Oasis area felt dated and run down.

Cons:Staff was mediocre. I expect better service when in Japan. Grand Cafe buffet was a gouge. Indoor pool-free, outdoor pool-$30-40 Ikspari has a bunch stores, restaurants and a grocery.

Pros:Right in front of the monorail exit. Extremely convenient spot. The dinner buffet has a great variety of dishes and all are delicious! Great built-in Disney store and highly suggest shopping there first before heading off to Disney parks to avoid the crowd. Staff communicated well in English.
Cons:Was accidentally booked in smoking section, but it at least the scent wasn't too heavy. The building itself is pretty big, so prepare to walk a bit in their lobby and/or to your room.
