Attentive, efficient and pleasant flight crew. Easy to obtain seat selections and exit row. The only issue but one that affected the entire flight was a very uncomfortable seat. Seat design permitted no movement and was very hard and raised toward front of seat.
3 hr delay. No water given while on the plane for 3hrs.
Flight was on time. The half sandwich offered doesn’t compare to the full meal offered by Egyptair. With BA there is no entertainment whilst on the Egyptair flight you get to choose form a range of movies and the flight map which I quite enjoy.
This flight was booked with Iberia, but when we got to the airport, it was actually switched to Level. We went to Iberia terminal, then had to be redirected. Ridiculous that we had to pay for a soda on the plane. Also had to pay for earbuds, no pillows. If we had wanted a blanket would have been charged. This is not the British Airways experience. Flight attendant was non existent. Had our call light on for 45 minutes with no response. Attendant charged for a drink, forgot to bring it back. We would never fly Level again. If British airways is going to switch out carriers, We would not fly with them
I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
Berlin airport one of the most inefficient we have ever encountered. We are in our 70’s and we were on our feet 1.5 hours and traveled 4800 steps )2 miles) just to get to our remote gate and security detours.thank god we were there 3 hours before our flight
Overall American Airlines are good. For a long haul flight I would have appreciated if they had offered water durning the flight, as they don't provide individual water bottles. I applaud their recycling efforts onboard.
These 777 planes really shouldn’t have 3-4-3 seats in economy. Very little leg room and the aisles were tiny. It was very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight. (These same planes used to be 3-3-3 for seats until 2018).
Already stated this! Terrible experience! Never again to fly with British Airways!!!
Great crew! Average flight. T5 at Heathrow is not such as nice experience compared to other major International airports.
