They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad

Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

They lost my luggage and despite all follow ups through emails and phone calls they don’t give me an update

It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London

Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster

I requested a wheelchair for they haven’t got it, they are old and don’t speech english

They offered water and chocolate I would have preferred a sandwich.

Flight was an hour+ late leaving Munich. We even missed a rescheduled flight from Chicago to Kansas City. Lufthansa was responsive in providing motel and meals.
