€633 Find Cheap Flights from Buenos Aires to Dublin

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

I enjoyed my flight back with Lufthansa because the food was good, and the flight attendants were nice and helped you when you asked a question. The flight attendants always came around and asked if you needed anything which I liked a lot.

The media system is so inreliable, it keeps freezing and restarting at the begonning. Old planes with an old entertainment system makes a long flight very boring

Very good. I thought the choice of Mediterranean food such as falafel for lunch was very thoughtful considering we were flying to Cairo.

I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.

Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster

I requested a wheelchair for they haven’t got it, they are old and don’t speech english

No food just water No entertainment possibilities. No jacks to charge phone or anything
