Overall excellent service and Frankfurt Airport was very efficient and clean

It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.

Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.

I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.

Crew was not happy. Very uncomfortable seats. When person leans back in front of you the screen is too close to me. Food was awful.

Flight ride was good, crew members were great however they need to hire some better food caterer.

On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!

Delayed flight with no explanations; poorly managed gate and boarding process.

My mother is 87 years old and has knee problems. I have reserved a wheelchair indicating that she is immobile. For her it is very difficult to walk short distances. On arrival in Frankfurt, I was called via my mother's phone, by the female employee who had my mother in a wheelchair. She asked me how many and what color suitcases she has, which I explained. I was very surprised when 15 minutes later my mother walked out with her cane and balancing with great difficulties assisted by a young couple who were pushing her suitcase. Where was the wheelchair and the airport employee? I find this to be a disrespectful and abusive behavior of elderly people. It also raises the question of professional misconduct of the airport personnel in Frankfurt i.e. the female employee who abandoned an 87 year old immobile person by the luggage lane. I would like to inquire about the details i.e. name of that employee.

My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.
