The quality of service at WestJet has really decline in the past couple years. Now they rarely leave on time and are full of excuses to obviously try to minimize their responsibility for compensation. Reality and what is mentioned at the gate for delaus rarely jive. If you apply for compensation even if appropriate, you are declined. They need to get back to doing the small things great rather than look for more reasons to grab money.
I had a guy behind me kneeing me in the back due to his limited leg room and the stewardess kindly relocated him. I was very grateful.
Flights were great. Food was great. More information about the requirements for plane transfer in Canada would have been helpful. I almost missed it.
Bad food. Not on time. Delayed almost 3 hr. Bad experience.
Your staff on the flight back to Calgary were very friendly and efficient .
The crew was rude especially to my young children. My 7 year old son sat next to the window and was drenched on take off. Later told it was condensation. Crew was not apologetic. My 8 year old asked several times for pretzels, which the crew said no to every time. This was a long and expensive flight. Do better west jet.
Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
Flight was delayed four hours! No on board entertainment fir a four flight. Minimal food
Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.
Had to buy headphones. Which is sad. I did not so I listened to podcasts and slept. Free beer is excellent a d those pretzels are great too. Overall I feel Air Canada slightly exceeds Westjet for overall experience. But still more can be done. Like allowing guests to view a movie for free.
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
Both my flights from Calgary to Montreal were pleasant. I should also mention my gratitude to the two ladies at YYC who helped with my check in and went out of their way to assist me.
Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.
Due to the approaching strike I have to admit Air Canada personnel showed empathy and compassion.Thank you for an enjoyable flight
Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.
More room for carry-on. Or having people bring correct carry-on.
I was instructed to put my carry on under my seat, because it was a backpack, not a wheeled carrying. It it almost the same size as a wheeled carrying, soni had no legroom for the flight and could not even put my feet flat on the floor. I spent the entire flight with my ankle and knee twisted and could barely walk by the time we landed. As other travellers boarded, the same flight attendant allowed them to put their small backpacks in the overhead bins, along with their wheeled carry ons. There were empty luggage bins when the plane took off. Air Canada clearly does not care.about the comfort of their passengers.
Everything was excellent. Just keep doing what you are. I would travel with this airlines gain.
