It was very good and it was not my first time I always take Turkish air line for my travels
I did not have a good experience from the first point of contact to the check in person to boarding and the comfort of the seats. I would not travel on Turkish again. I will let my family and friends know about my experience which was not a pleasant one.
They sell the option to select chairs in extrafly price level, but this is not true. I was not able to select the seats. The food was not the requested option. They suppously offer glutten free menu, but during the fly that was nos availble.
Turkish airlines always is an excellent airline, bottle water, comfort kits were provided. Decent food on board, friendly staffs.
After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work
Very good, it took a little too long for the food to come out on a service that left after midnight but everything was great.
First was canceled no compensation second day was delayed Worst airline I have ever seen
Stale, bad and limited food, drink options. Entertainment system was broken, old and had barely any latest contents.
Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.
Overall it was a pretty good experience until I arrived in Accra and my suitcase was left in turkey.
