Food service was good. Aircraft was old and needed upgrade such as seats. Flight was delayed about 1 hour.

It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London

I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable.

Boarding was total chaos. They didn’t know what they were doing and taking bus to the airplane is like going back in time. The food is bad, portions are very small and we don’t get simple paper napkins! Is it really that bad?

It was a good flight overall, I just hate it when we get delayed because there is a small amount of layover time in Munich and you have to actually run to the next gate.

The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.

Ground crew at checkin in Hyderabad airport was terrible, they seem to be intent on being a pain to passengers. Folks made a huge fuss about size of backpack and made me rearrange contents to make it fit in the sizing slot. All for a flight that is 60-70% full.

Waited on tarmac 30 min before take off everything else was fine

With the boarding process, shuttle to the plane, and boarding there we ran about 30 minutes late. It was okay for comfort for a short flight.

My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.
