Delayed flight because other plane was occupying the gate for longer than expected. Once we boarded the plane had to wait 1 hour before taking off. We. Almost lost our connection flight and the baggage didn’t make it. We had to wait two days to receive our luggage. Hope they improve the timing or work with the airport to get better service.
Boarding went fast. Lisbon's gates are too small for the flights they serve.
Great pilot, textbook landing in madeira. Everything else, from booking to checkin, plane quality, seat amenities, crew engagement, and overall experience were significantly below standard. I WOULD NOT FLY TAP IF THERE IS ANY OTHER OPTION.
Got in on time. Food was the worst ever. Comfort was terrible. Check in was incredibly bad.
When I tried to enter my identity details, your app told me information was missing but did not highlight the missing data. This was frustrating. Also, there was an unexplained delay of about 2 hours in taking off. This was also frustrating. Otherwise the experience was good.
Correct meal and overall flight went well. 204€ for an extra luggage is simply exaggerated
The flight was delayed without any type of notice. After passing through the gate, people were lined up at the passages boarding bridge standing for about half hour with no clue when they can board after ‘boarding’. No explanation or indication of the new departure time. All you can do is standing up and waiting.
Boarding the plane from 2 entries at the the same time front and back was ridiculous. I boarded from the back for row 7 and others boarded from the front for row 15, for example. We met mid-plane and had to squeeze past each other. Ridiculous
The flight was cancelled. the staff did not know how to arrange overnight, food and transportation accommodations required by law, causing long lines lasting several hours. the rebooked flight was then delayed 5 times from 9am to 4:45pm
We had seats 1 D and 1E which is right to the front as there were no other seats available. It is right up at the galley and toilet. Whole flight was very noisy and busy and we didnt get a good flight or rest the entire flight. Its was a pretty costly Business class fare that felt like Economy class experience.
