Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
The flight was delayed but I was still able to board the connecting flight in Munich.
I am not sure I like the new Discover line of Lufthansa. I have been flying from us to Italy for the past 30 years and always favored Lufthansa ove other Companies because of cleanliness, service, food, beverage. When compared white other airlines Lufthansa was always considered one of the best. I can't say that anymore. I fly Lufthansa only because I consider the line MCO to FRA timely convenient for my schedule but always look for alternatives when before I was considering other routes only if the price was in question.
Crew and service was excellent. My seat was super small and cramped! No leg room

The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.
Plane was delayed about an hour but nice crew and service
Definitely service quality is going down. With all those flights delays and several days luggage delays Lufthansa reputation of used to be a reliable air line is now compromised. The flight from JAX to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed: as a result I never checked-in at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and was not refunded. My Delsey hard shell luggage was destroyed (got a big crack on it!!!) upon several hours delayed arrival from Frankfurt. On my return trip my 2 luggages did not arrive with me to JAX and I only was able to get them 2 days later. The online agent with a heavy accent spoke broken English and was not able to provide me with information on missing luggages. Guys, you need to do better.
