Flight was cancelled and I got rebooked with anther airline. Also had booked a direct flight and got a layover.
Ok flight. Water and small chocolate offered. Would be good if flynet included also video.
Staff very helpful. Seat comfortable. Food generous and pretty good.
Connection time and departure time were both changed to cause undue stree on older people who cant run through an airport
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I spent €25 on internet and never gained access to it. A flight attendant told me she would file a complaint/report on my behalf but it put me in a very difficult situation.
I had a good experience With Lufthansa, although on one of our seats, the headrest was broken and kept falling off. The only thing that would make a better experience if the seats in economy were not so small as when one pulls their seat back it leaves you very little room.
Getting boarding pass for international connected flight was a hassle. Huge libe to get boarding pass after two connected international flight is excessive to put someone on stress. They should provide online checking for all flights
Full flight with ok comfort levels. Zero in flight entertainment. Dinner served was fair… taste mostly ok (bread a bit stale) and way too little for such a long flight. Technical stop in Cyprus just to switch crew which seems unnecessary. (Other airlines from Europe who do not want overnight layover in Beirut do not switch crews.). Thought that some passengers would disembark in Larnaca (CY) but no, stop was solely for crew change.
Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!
