Terrible experience. Should be a short simple flight from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Disgusting insult that United Air doesn’t have a cabin crew ready to receive a plane that’s already an hour plus late in departure. Lots of misinformation along the way from cockpit and crew. Definitely unimpressed with both union and management.
I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable.
They offered water and chocolate I would have preferred a sandwich.
I had handicap and pre board due to a recent broken arm, was made to find my own help placing carry on baggage in the storage above. My tv and entertainment unit did not work correctly, requested help and it took 30 minutes to get help, she did not fix it or come back to see if it was fixed. I went to her a second time and she did another reset, still did not fix.
The jollof rice and fried plantain. Communication could have been better.
The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
I was expecting better from Lufthansa. I’ll think twice before I book Lufthansa again. This trip was the worst ever… in my 70 years of traveling.
Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.
Sitting in a hotel in Chicago because I was rebooked due to a missed connection. Very frustrating.
Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
