I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

I never share this kind of things but I have to share this out of respect to myself and how surprised I was I got a shoulder injury so I went to Turkey to get a procedure to my shoulder ( I can prove and provide it with documentation from the hospital to you) and on my way in this flight, I asked one of the crew members who’ s name is j. Muller to help me to lift my carry on to put it up in to cabinet and she told me she can’t do it , and I said I m sorry I m injured , I really need help , then can you please find someone who can help me ? And she gave me this nasty attitude and refused to help me . Then I was shocked because all I asked was for help, i didn’t even ask her to put my carry on bag up for me , all I asked her to help me so we can do it together. Then 5 minutes later another crew member who’s name is Jenny Rutz came and asked me if everything is ok And i explained her what happened and she told me if I create more problem, she will not let me fly i was shocked, all I told her was I was injured and I needed some help to put my luggage up . I am extremely shocked and upset , this was so unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I thought their job is to help us in our flight. She disrespected me , embarrassed me, made me feel like I m a problem and threatened me to get me out of the plane In front of everyone I am 41 years old mature and kind woman, i have never in my life experienced something this unprofessional and this disrespectful ever They both turned something so simple and normal into this terrible experience for me and for the people sitting around me . So it was so uncomfortable and unfair that the other passengers who were sitting around me and next to me got negatively affected by the event and told me to take their phone number so that they can be my witness for the crew member’ rudeness and unprofessionalism I m still very upset how can people be this rude and heartless I will never ever want to fly with your airline company again

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.

It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.

They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.

Business class: Like: food selection presentation Staff on the airline Love: lounge in Istanbul Needs major improvement: attitude of reception at Istanbul lounge: 4 of them sitting there: inattentive and then rude. They do not fit with rest of Turkish hospitality!

Check in was not available online. It was super long line to check in

I did not have a good experience from the first point of contact to the check in person to boarding and the comfort of the seats. I would not travel on Turkish again. I will let my family and friends know about my experience which was not a pleasant one.

The checking line was very long , when checked the bags and got the boarding pass but moved fairly fast . The boarding line was long and the ground crew didn’t provide priority to kids boarding . But the air crew on the plane were very nice and polite . Too bad my daughter’s table try was broken which made the trip less enjoyable.

Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.

Pegasus is a very efficient airline. Passengers, however are sometimes unruly. Getting up right after take off. Getting up right when we land and before getting to the gate. Switching seats to the front so she can get a better seat. It is unfair for those that actually paid for seats. Flight attendants seem to not enforce it. One or two bad actors ruins it. Overall, the airline is great.

Pegasus is not a very comfortable airline. They’re not in any way hospitable

Crew were professionals. However, the plane seats are too small -essentially there is no space to move around which for so many hours is almost inhuman but certainly unacceptable. Same with the bad quality of food and the fact that you need to purchase Wi-Fi

They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.

The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.

It wasn't clear that there will be additional charge for checked in baggage. Very, very disappointed making me pay extra $75. Food was not tasty and not healthy. Lufthansa used to be good, not any more. Unfortunately has gone down big time and continues to go down.

Gate was difficult to know. Flight number from Lufthansa directed to a different flight number by SunXpress, which was different from my actual flight per the airport. Multiple people (at least 3 others) were lost with me at the airport in Munich (I didn't know them) trying to get to a different terminal. Too many confusing signs, and no one could help. When I found some Staff members (surprisingly difficult) told me "you have to figure it out." Yeah, that's why I'm asking and walking around in circles. Thought I would miss my flight, turns out I had plenty of time, but I couldn't figure it out for the first hour. 90% airport's fault, not SunExpress.

Everything and everyone Was great it’s just the person next to me weight over 300 pounds and was hanging over his seat and pushed up next to me was the worst 10 hour flight of my life the crew and everything else was a 10 out of 10

Getting boarding pass for international connected flight was a hassle. Huge libe to get boarding pass after two connected international flight is excessive to put someone on stress. They should provide online checking for all flights

While booking through Lufthansa, when flight is operated by other airlines, you don't necessarily get the quality of Lufthansa. That said, I was passed over on both meals served. While I had my eyes closed or asleep, no attempt was made to serve me or wake me for the service, which is something new. When I took it upon myself to get out of my seat, track down an attendant, and ask for a meal, the attendant would kindly serve me. Of more concern, however, is the lack of selection for the meal. Being diabetic and insulin dependent, I could not eat what was served. The first meal was pasta with a small slaw/salad and a bun. The second meal was a muffin and another pastry. In all, I could only eat the salad, which amounted to next to nothing. Fortunately (for Discover) I had brought food/snacks to carry me through the flight. Otherwise, I might have reached a low blood sugar. With diabetes becoming more prevalent, Discover may consider more eating options to accomodate all passengers.

Terrible flight mainly due to the emergency landing caused by a tyre blow out on take off and late landing at Gatwick which was rough and then once we stopped we weee surrounded by emergency services. Nobody informed us of what was happening and we were all scared due to the smell of aviation fuel throughout the cockpit. When we eventually got off the flight with the help of the emergency services we boarded buses that took us to the arrivals area where we waited over 3 hours for our baggage. Poor communication throughout and was left feeling shaken and distressed. Never flying with sunexpress again.

Not a great selection of food and the snacks were quite pricey. No entertainment at all, not even a magazine to read, but hey, it's a budget airline. The flight departed on time and arrived on time, so no complaints.

Disorganized service and aging equipment paired with inexperienced personnel. This was not what my husband and I paid for.

It didn't happen; Sun Express cancelled the flight, even more, the route to that destination. I got a full refund, which of course was not enough to buy a new ticket so close to the date of travel

Checkin with agent-no eye contact, no words. No smile. Agents late to open checkin counter. Flight was full. Child in back of my seat pushing with legs and feet, thus moving the backrest of my chair. No attendants during the flight, only before takeoff and at landing. Plane ride itself was smooth and quick. Good pilot landing at airport.

Had extra leg room seats which were really good, no entertainment on flight but had downloaded stuff to watch from Netflix, good and drink was expensive in the flight

Our seats smelled like someone puked on them and they were not cleaned up. It was nauseating the entire flight. Plus their planes are not comfortable. We don’t recommend them.
