All of my Aer Lingus flights were delayed. The seat I purchased with extra leg room was exactly the same as my previous seat that was free. I would appreciate my money back.

All of my Aer Lingus flights were delayed. The seat I purchased with extra leg room was exactly the same as my previous seat that was free. I would appreciate my money back.

Horrible. I had to wait in Dublin for 4 hours for the next connecting flight which took my to London and than i had to wait 3 hours for the flight to Dusseldorf

It was fine. Not worth the premium price. Overhead bins were so high I could barely reach and no crew offered to help me. Average food. Lounge in Dublin - 51st and green- absolutely appalling. Plagued with hordes of flies, dirty, meager food and beverages. Shameful.

Dear Aer Lingus Customer Care, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience on Aer Lingus flight EI53 from Dublin to Seattle on 22/08/2025. Both my wife and I were seated in 15D, 15E directly under a faulty air conditioning unit. Even though the unit was switched off, cold air continued seeping through the sides and blew directly onto us for the entire duration of the flight (over 9 hours). We reported the issue to the cabin crew, but the only attempted solution was placing a piece of food-packaging sticker over the vent. Unsurprisingly, this had no effect. When we pressed further, the crew told us: “It is hard to fix it because we don’t have an engineer on board.” As a result, my wife and I remained exposed to constant cold airflow for the whole flight, and both of us became unwell afterwards, experiencing chills, sore throat and fever at the end of the flight. This has caused significant distress, disrupted our work plans. This experience highlights both a serious maintenance issue and a lack of adequate care for passengers. We therefore request: A full investigation into the defective AC system on this aircraft. An explanation of why no effective remedy (such as reseating us) was provided. Compensation for the illness and disruption caused to both myself and my wife. We ask for a full written response within 28 days. Should this matter not be satisfactorily resolved, we are prepared to escalate the complaint to the Irish Aviation Authority and Commission for Aviation Regulation and other relevant authorities. Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. Sincerely, Temuujin Tuvshingal Myagmarsuren Ganbold

We had a long delay leaving IOM. No food or drunk service as it is a short flight. Shuttled by bus from terminal to plane with packed in conditions on bus.

The space between seats was reduced even further. Could not even open the tray table fully and got compressed the moment the front guy reclined. For a long haul flight it was extremely uncomfortable.

Not satisfying due to loss Luguage for 4days. Damage Luguage that had no way to fill up a report for and me as a client to spend more money and time to replace it. Thank you for soliciting my opinion, but it was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Stephanie Zvi

Delightful flight, ahead of time with a super crew, thanks

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

In business class overhead bins were minuscule. Had to use cabin staff to find a place for my carry-on bag. Boarding process was shambolic, as “passengers who needed assistance in boarding” absorbed an excessive amount of time and attention that Aer Lingus was apparently unprepared for.

Three major things that led to my low rating, 1. Internet wasn't available for the whole time, and 2. TV became available way into flight, after numerous system reboots, and 3. Food is not good at all.

Crying baby the ENTIRE flight. Not your fault, but I paid 2700 for a premium economy ticket and it wasn't worth it. should have just stuck with coach. flight attendants very mediocre - minimal effort. Plane didn't seem very clean. Didn't have any cleansing wipes - most airlines give you this when you board. Flat screen scrolling didn't work. Toiletry case a joke - why bother at all?

The booking agent, cheapflightsfares, messed up, and the information for the seats we paid extra for was not sent to American Airlines. We were separated on the return flight and sent to the lowest economy section. The flight attendant helped arrange seating at the back of the plane to allow my wife and me to sit together.

British Airways Flight 525 from Florence to London on July 29th 2025 was the worse flight I have ever been on. The flight was excessively delayed with poor communication from airline as to the reason for delay. We were notified of need for an unscheduled stop in Pisa after boarding due to weather which was limiting ability to fuel up to the capacity needed for the flight to London. Though we understand and appreciate the safety concern, on quick web search we later learned this was a recurrent problem. We were subsequently kicked off our connecting flight out of London to Port land, Oregon (also on British Airways) though that flight was also delayed (we were told we would not be able to make it in time, but ironically the amount of time it took for them to rebook us would have been more than sufficient to make the connection). We then had to stay overnight in London at a very mediocre hotel, had to take a flight out on a different carrier which involved a stop at LAX (not a direct flight to our home city which we had paid extra for the convenience). Half of our bags did not arrive in LA and we had to transfer the bags ourselves from the international terminal to terminal 6, only to have most of this luggage that made it from London to LAX not arrive in Portland. They bags were eventually found but took over 60 hours for delivery. The entire trip home which was suppose to be 13 hours took over 40.

Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!

For some reason they didn’t give me a seat and said I was on standby and to stay by the gate till I was assigned a seat then right before boarding I got a seat I got to my destination and no luggage

this was a good experience from on time boarding and take off to early arrival. Comfortable seats became empty seat next to me.

The boarding was smooth, seats comfortable, crew friendly and helpful.

The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?

A little better than outward journey but mild chaos at the boarding gate because some people with boarding cards from connecting flights had cards which weren't recognised
