The crew were fabulous. The flight was bumpy and I always like the captain to tell me what that is about or my imagination gets carries away.

No food to provide, they forgot that, in some cases, people stay at the airport for hours without food. Now, to provide them with food, they have to ask them to pay, because some don't have money. That way, they can't eat.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.

Staff was not frankly. I asked about what beverages you have and air hostess told me like before so very rude answer.

I did not noticed baggage was separate - I had assumed international flights included luggage, so it surprised me I had to pay to check a bag.

I had a great experience at YUL Air Canada. The service was top drawer as I needed help to board.

The service was good ... I wondered if the stewardess was OK though as she seemed quite sad.

Terrible. Flight was delayed for hours and we ended up arriving at our home at 4am after 20+ hours flying.

The whole experience what excellent, from Anjou at the ticket counter to the attendants on the flight. Although it was an older plane, it was a very good flight. One of the best flights I have had on Air Canada!

Very crowded; wanted us to check in 1 & only carry on full of meds & supplies; crew very reluctant to approve! I’ve lost checked in luggage in past.. It was non negotiable in my mind!
