It’s not bad, simply it’s not as it used to be years ago.
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
Boarding was unorganised. The flight was very uncomfortable, the temperature was far too high. On requests to lower it nothing changed.
The plane was late and had not been cleaned prior to our flight from Frankfurt to LA, so we had to use bathrooms that were completely filthy and stank like hell. One of them eventually was even closed early on during the flight. It was a horrific experience.
I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.
No assistance as requested. Very late take off. Very hard landing And again , no assistance after landing
Slightly delayed but still a more comfortable experience to take a real airline instead of a budget one.
my flight was cancelled. next one scheduled 2 days later. no hotel provided. worst airline experience ever
Other than the delay of flight, this crew tried to make the best of bad situation.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
