I enjoyed my flight back with Lufthansa because the food was good, and the flight attendants were nice and helped you when you asked a question. The flight attendants always came around and asked if you needed anything which I liked a lot.

Our flights were severely delayed, then canceled and we had to fly out next day with no sleep accommodation help. This led to our baggage being lost and the service reps after baggage couldn’t be bothered to help. They kept sending us to different counters when we were at the right counter to begin with. The only saving grace was the angel woman supervisor with blond hair who helped us put in a missing baggage claim.

My schedule flight was rebooking and changed to Chicago, then I did not used the flight from Dulles to Savannah

I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable.

The real bathroom smelled horrible and it smelled in the real of the plane..

I think it was a United A380 plane. The trip from Munich to Denver was about 12 hours and the preferred economy seat I paid $75 for was very cramped. The crew was nice but I was so uncomfortable and getting up to walk around didn’t really help. My legs were swollen for 4 days afterward. I would think on such a long trip the seats would have more room. I would have gone 1st class but it was 3-4 times more expensive. I won’t fly anywhere far away again. My last experience with Lufthansa was great to Italy and back, but this time I could swear everything was United and not good.

It was a good flight overall, I just hate it when we get delayed because there is a small amount of layover time in Munich and you have to actually run to the next gate.

The jollof rice and fried plantain. Communication could have been better.

I understand that German food tends to bland & tasteless, but please try to incorporate some flavor in your food. Also, always have chicken as one of the options.

Both my flight to Germany and my flight from Germany to the USA were delayed which caused me to miss my connection and additional stress. I had to stay overnight in Chicago, compensated by the airline. All very frustrating. We sat in the runway in Germany for over an hour? Which was never explained and caused the additional day of travel.
