Boarding was total chaos. They didn’t know what they were doing and taking bus to the airplane is like going back in time. The food is bad, portions are very small and we don’t get simple paper napkins! Is it really that bad?
Boarding was unorganised. The flight was very uncomfortable, the temperature was far too high. On requests to lower it nothing changed.
Very good flight, only problem is the boarding process where some peoples do not have manners and do not how to fly ( preparing your documents, oversized carry-ons, not understanding or feigning to not understand directives).
Prompt, efficient boarding. Clean aircraft and knowledgeable crew. Everything on time.
The plane was clean and the staff courteous and professional. The seat bottom was uncomfortable but only after many hours. It had a pressure point that left me a small bruise on my right leg (very surprising). The pasta was terrible (hard on the edges sticking out and soggy on the bottom edges) but I guess that's how it comes out in a microwave (?). The entertainment was glitching and shutting off every 20 minutes or so but, in the end, we made it home safely with very little turbulence and that's what really matters.
Paid for aisle seat and got a middle seat in back. One of the more uncomfortable flights I have been on. Impossible to get a refund.
Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.
Plane was delayed about an hour but nice crew and service
So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!
My seat was upgraded to premium economy, food was good and cabin crew was nice.
