Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever and no wifi. Prepare to disembark by a staircase.

Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever and no wifi. Prepare to disembark by a staircase.

Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever. It was supposed to have wifi but that did not work.

There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.

The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.

Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.

Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting

The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good

online check-in was horrible and didn't work either way

The airline refused to board me because I showed up only 50 minutes prior to departure time, despite the fact that shortly before that, when I arrived at the airport still in time, they changed the terminal and I had to take a bus that took 20 minutes. Personal at the airport was unable to let me in, customer care was beyond useless, the original airline operator (Iberia) was as useless as a toilet paper roll core in time of a wipe and all this uselessness made me waste my ticket, my reservations, my long time parking, food and most of all the joy of being with my family for the new year after working my bottom off even at Christmas. Am I happy? Come and ask me in person!

Very well, except that my luggage didn’t arrive in the corresponding flight, but they brought to me the next day.

The staff on our flight from Charlotte to Boston were very friendly.

The plane was not well maintained. The entertainment system didn’t work properly, eg moving map. Many of the seat controls did not work. Cabin temperature fluctuated considerably during the flight. The seat allocated was poor, it was noisy and offered no privacy. The perfume in the toilet triggered severe allergies. Crew was very goid.

Seats are too tight. Small space for long flights very inconvenient.

My baggage did not arrive, missed connection, service representative was not helpful.

I originally chose two aisle seats for my daughter and myself in the same row. We got seated in the middle, three rows apart. Both of the men sitting in front of us reclined their seats fully leaving us NO room. A totally uncomfortable flight for eleven hours.

British Airways changed flight times after booking, allowing very little time between connections. We had to rush to barely make the next flight. They also ran out of certain vegetarian options during our 10-hour flight. Crew was fine, but overall a very unpleasant experience.

I had assist travel booked in Denver to Manchester, but not listed in HeathRow, my daughter use a spare wheel chair herself for me , when going thro to board at Heathrow there was no help travel down for the ramp until a member of assistance stepped forward and insisted he would take me down the very steep ramp, seems he was the only person concerned with my safety.
