Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.
Priority boarding for Silver and Premium Economy was very disorganised, in fact, non-existent.
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep
Seats are not as easy to move as you would hope in premium econo Y
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
We waited over an hour to check our bags in and get boarding passes. We arrived 2 and 1/2 hours before the flight, and it was still very slow. That crew was very friendly and very helpful
The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔
When you buy emirates you don’t expect low cost. Boarding by bus. Seat will not incline. Line before emergency exit. Eating tray hits belly (and I didn’t grow lately). Entertainment on demand by payment.
Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.
The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.
Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.
Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable
Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.
As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive
Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.
Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better
Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar
I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

Turkish Airlines apparently no longer gives you 2 checked bags allowance on international flights, so that pleasure cost me $165 for my second suitcase at the airport. On top of that, they damaged that very suitcase, which happens to be a designer one and part of a set - ripped one of the four wheels right off.
I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.
The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.
After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work

Check-in was a mess, transfer flights were sepersted so no one could sit with their company. Some tickets were closed to online check-in without notice hand luggage allowances were not checked so oberhead bins were already full halfway through boarding.
I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.
Awful seats, poor air circulation. Smelled like poop for 3-5 mins after someone used the bathroom. Child screaming for 13 hours
A major problem at the Frankfurt terminal. You see your connecting flight is on concourse A and you see signs for A, but when you start to walk out to A, only then do you find A is in another terminal which requires a bus ride, passport control and customs. If you sit around in the first terminal too long, you can miss your flight. We made ours.
The agent, who took my mother to her gate, kept talking with one of her male coworkers and treating my mother like a sack of potatoes. She was ignoring my questions because she was too busy flirting with her male colleague. This was a very unprofessional behavior. We also had to wait for close to half an hour for an agent to arrive.
I liked everything excepct the noise of the engine inside de airplane was a little bite higher.
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
Terrible experience. I was stuck in Germany for two full day because your flights can't leave on time. You guys suck!!!
Because of a thunder storm in JAX we spent more than an hour on the run way in the aircraft. The crew did not even offered water to passengers.
When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.
I will not fly them again. Late flight ( no communication as to why)… no one even remotely working to help those with connections that are very narrow off the plane in a hurry … NO ONE understood how to move … and 1/2 the plane was running to connections. I missed mine. Total pain in the arse. A 12 hour trip in total took like 20 hours…. Horrible. 1st Lufthansa flight - and will try not to book them again
Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
Economy extremely cramped. Dinner was not good. Breakfast was quite good. Crew was excellent.

No gate was assigned until 5mins before boarding so left us running to find it. Then over 2 hours on runway. First due to weather, which was understood, but then over 1 hour for something that wasn't really a problem. Poor communication between ground control and flight crew. The flight crew was wonderful. British airways will be on list of airlines to travel again.
Food made us sick for the rest of the day. Terrible passenger in front of me kept reclining and banging his seat, it hurt my knee multiple times. I kindly asked the attendant to intervene, she would not. Way too many sick people coughing on the flight without wearing a mask. Sick passengers should not be allowed to fly unless they wear a mask. I hope we don't get sick for our 2 week vacation

Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival
Flight crowded - no leg room. Made me put tote bag under seat in front of me so no room for feet. Attendant helped me and put it up. Crew fine. Also British Airways changed our flights without notifying us resulting in a lot of confusion getting through Heathrow - our boarding passes wouldn't scan and we had no idea why. Ended up missing our flight and having to reschedule hours later after a flight from San Francisco. I have the app from BA and never received any notification. Very confusing and staff at Heathrow had no idea what problem was and only one person could resolve and huge line as several canceled flights. What a pain!

The flight attendants serving the food is really bad on this party flight. He is a bald guy and was very rude.
Terrible service. Stewardess behavior horrible. No sense of customer service. Seats were small, in general very bad experience which is not the case for me on other international flights via BA
