It was great. The airline staff was very friendly. The FRA security was a bit harsh doing their job but friendly overall.

Flight ride was good, crew members were great however they need to hire some better food caterer.

Crew were professionals. However, the plane seats are too small -essentially there is no space to move around which for so many hours is almost inhuman but certainly unacceptable. Same with the bad quality of food and the fact that you need to purchase Wi-Fi

A major problem at the Frankfurt terminal. You see your connecting flight is on concourse A and you see signs for A, but when you start to walk out to A, only then do you find A is in another terminal which requires a bus ride, passport control and customs. If you sit around in the first terminal too long, you can miss your flight. We made ours.

The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!

We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.

The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.

Boarding was easy and well organized, Breakfast was not very good.

Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!

Had to rush to catch the plane because our flight was late leaving Moldova.
