With my outbound flight I didn’t get the food I wanted whiles others did. I was sad

Flight was fine, food much better than anticipated, and flight attendants were helpful and friendly!

Staff and crew where very nice and friendly. Just need to improve the timming om the meal and beverages.

No entertainment and the seats are well worn.! To the point it feels like your sitting in a bowl

First flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Had to wait in line on the tarmac for 45 minutes to finally board. Missed connection. Had to wait in line another 2 1/2 hours to get booked on another connection the next day. Another hour wait to get a hotel room for the night. 1 1/4 hour wait in 55 degree temperature for hour bus ride to hotel. Hotel ran out of food. Miserable performance by BA. This is being written while waiting for bus back to Heathrow.

I appreciated the on-board entertainment options. The meals served were not very good, in my opinion.

My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination

My flight out of Miami was delayed by 2 hours which meant I had to quickly make other arrangements for pick-up in Glasgow. A $9 voucher for food was issued. That’s not much of a gesture in my opinion.

Flight fine, only served water or blueberry juice option- tight fit forward- resting head on tray table difficult and especially if seat reclined in front of you and I’m only 5’2. Uncomfortable

Staff member at boarding gate was rude, and more than once!
