It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

Excellent except for checking in at Madrid Airport. Waited in line for over an hour and a half. Not enough ticket agents available and they were moving those with earlier flight times up in order to get them through. People were not happy. Staff did their best to explain, but just not enough to meet the need.

Flight attendant kept banging her cart into my aisle seat. Hard. Couldn’t lean seat back. Should be warned of limitations when booking seat

Our first flight was cancelled. We later hear from London security that it is common for British airways. My wife’s return flight was delayed as well. Seems like there are operational issues with them. This makes me reconsider flying w them in the future.

After boarding, take off delayed 45 minutes with us just sitting there. I think this a Heathrow problem

We didn’t flight with British Airways because the flight was cancelled at the last minute .

Very disappointed because we don’t get in advance the cancellation fly to Paris. By the way, we are still without luggage Bad experience

Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.

Berlin airport one of the most inefficient we have ever encountered. We are in our 70’s and we were on our feet 1.5 hours and traveled 4800 steps )2 miles) just to get to our remote gate and security detours.thank god we were there 3 hours before our flight

Service of the crews were great. Food on flight was very greasy, and salty.
