Very quick boarding. I was surprised we only got a small water and small thing of cookies, everything else was for purchase. No entertainment. Crew was excellent though.

Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress

the boarding was a disaster, the departure was late, we missed the connection flight and we were told they don't care, after a few trips between support and personnel on the ground

American Airlines seemed to run a 'dry' flight. No alcohol was offered at any point with meals. Breakfast was a bit tasteless. The 'hot pocket' whatever that is, was horrid breadish pastry with very little filling. Decaf coffee was horrid. Seats didn't seem as wide or spacious as usual, especually for a ten hour flight.

Denied boarding passes for connecting flight. Missed connection as a result. Customer services T5 Heathrow airport vile, arrogant people who lied to us and threatened us.

Aer Lingus was the actual airline so they handled everything professionally.

I enjoyed the flight. I did find it strange that when I arrived at my seat although I had paid for a window seat that I was assigned a middle seat. Thankfully I was between a couple and they wanted to sit together. Please do a better job with this BA!

Boarding could have been better organized. The one member of staff disappeared for a while so boarding by group relied on honesty.

Poor BA get a lot of stick and have some problems getting your bags to the same destination BUT the whole experience is very much 5 star and probably due to excellent, helpful and sooo British staff. We travelled in economy plus.

Attitude of crew could be more friendly and less stern and instructive.
